Weekend salad

So, this is my first ever entry. short, but simple, just to test out the blog appearance.

I love salads.  This was my weekend bliss. Spinach and spring mix. cucumbers, grape tomatoes, green bell peppers, mushrooms, strawberries, edamame, and olive oil and vinegar dressing. Kind of a hodge-podge with no particular theme, but I loved it nonetheless.
